My oldest daughter has chosen her "breed", and has embarked upon her journey to establish her own kennel. Her breed is the "Anti-Bullie" the Borzoi.
She has purchased a male from Lexy Kovacs & Greg Hancock, Tovaritch/NavyRose Kennel, CH. Tovaritch's Evgenii. He is just a year old at this time, and has done very well in his first year out. At the National Borzoi Specialty in 2010 "Leo" was Reserve Winner's Dog, at 7 months of age, as well as winning Best Puppy in Sweeps. Later in the year at Red Deer Leo was awarded Best of Opposite over the National Specialty Winner, by esteemed Breeder Judge Dr. Richard Meen (Kishniga)
He is now at home, growing up.
Kathleen then brought home a lovely bitch from PrairieTrail Kennel, of Luseland, SK.
Rysk will be shown selectively in 2012.
